Shipping & Handling

We offer worldwide shipping, and guarantee that your order will be shipped within two business days upon payment completion and fraud detection approval. All items will be shipped either via DHL Express Worldwide delivery or Singpost Registered Airmail, depending on the shipping option selected during the check-out process.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your shipment’s tracking information, allowing you to keep tabs on the progress of your delivery.

Please note: tracking information will be updated online one (1) business day after your order has been shipped.

You will become the owner of the goods that you have ordered once they have been delivered to your specified delivery address. At this point, the goods become your responsibility and we no longer have any responsibility for taking care of the goods from that point.

We offer free Singpost Registered Airmail on every international order above S$250 SGD and free Singpost Registered Service on every domestic order above S$100 SGD.
Any watch purchase will automatically qualify for free DHL Express Worldwide delivery.

Please note: free registered shipping is automatically applied at checkout once the minimum order is met. Please contact us via live chat if you require expedited shipping.

All orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). As such, your order may incur duties, fees and import taxes upon delivery. This charge is determined by your local customs authority and payment of these fees is obligatory if you wish to obtain your shipment. For further information, please consult your local customs office.

We will deliver your order to the address you give us for delivery at the time you make your order.

The following transit times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We will always try to deliver your goods within our estimated delivery times below but actual delivery times are sometimes outside of our control.

Please note: All transit times are approximate and quoted according to business days, which might exclude Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays in most destinations. In rare cases, it may take up to 28 working days for orders to be delivered.

We shall not be held responsible for shipment delays due to weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond our control.
