Kindly peruse this before using our site, services, or products. Note that this is a legally-binding contract between you and Time Curated. Please feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions or suggestions.

Please read these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) thoroughly prior to using time-curated.com (the “Site”) and/or the other products, applications, and services provided by Time Curated (collectively, the “Services”). We’ll refer to Time Curated, as “Time Curated,” “we,” or “us” in these Terms. Your use of the Site indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to the terms and conditions. Please do not use the Services if you are not agreeable to all the terms and conditions. Only individuals who are at least 18 years old and can form legally binding contracts with us are allowed to use the Services, provide any personal information to Time Curated, or otherwise submit personal information through the Services.

All new features and tools are also subjected to the Terms and Conditions which will be constantly updated on this page. We reserve the right to update and revise any part of these Terms and Conditions by posting updates and/or changes to the site. It is your duty to check this page from time to time for changes. Your continuous usage of or access to the website after the changes means that you have accepted those changes.

Time Curated guarantees the authenticity of the products listed for sale on the site.

Vintage Watches

Time Curated tests each watch to guarantee that all functions are operational before its sale. However Time Curated cannot ensure the accuracy or water resistance of the watch. 

We can assure that the watches listed for sale on the site are functional. However as several of the watches are vintage or discontinued, they may not be able to operate at the same level of accuracy as new watches. Similarly, for watches which were once purported to be a “chronometer,” that does not mean it can still function as one. Hence, Time Curated’s warranty does not cover the watch’s accuracy. 

Unless explicitly expressed in the listing, Time Curated is unaware of the service history of the watches offered for sale on the site and they have not been serviced by Time Curated.  

Time Curated does not guarantee that the watches listed for sale are water resistant, and our warranty does not cover any damage to the watch as a result of water intrusion.  

Our warranty will be voided if the watch is damaged after it leaves Time Curated by accidents, misuse, mishandling, rough treatment of the watch, modifications, attempted repair works or tampering by unauthorized third parties.  

Time Curated’s warranty is non-transferable and does not apply to the sales to businesses or re-sellers of watches.

Accessories

Time Curated inspects each product before its sale to ensure that there are no defects caused during the manufacture of the item.

We believe in the quality of the products which we carry. However there may be the occasional anomaly and incidents might occur (e.g., spring bar malfunction). We are not liable for any damage to your watch or any other items while using our accessories, even if our product should fail.

By buying our product, you understand and accept the risk of possible damage to your watch caused by using an accessory product. Our warranty will be voided if the product is damaged after it leaves Time Curated by accidents, misuse, mishandling, rough treatment, modifications, attempted repair works or tampering by unauthorized third parties.  

Time Curated’s warranty is non-transferable and does not apply to the sales to businesses or re-sellers of watches or related products.

Based on reasonable inspection of the watches and to the best of our ability, Time Curated ensures that the details provided in our listings are accurate. Several of the watches offered are vintage. Hence, patina and signs of wear and tear are to be expected. We will try to describe the condition of the watches to the best of our ability, but pllease note that we cannot list out all the patina and each blemishing on every watch.  Please thoroughly inspect the high-resolution images provided of the listing.  

We are not responsible if the material on this site is inaccurate or incomplete. The information on this site should not be employed as the only reference for any decision-making. You should consult independent, primary, or more timely sources of information. Any dependence on the information available on this site is at your own risk. 

This site may share some historical information which is for your reference only. We cannot ensure the accuracy of the historical information. We hold the right to revise the information on this site at any time, but we are not obligated to update any content on our site.

We offer worldwide shipping, and guarantee that your order will be shipped within two business days upon payment completion and fraud detection approval. All items will be shipped either via DHL Express Worldwide delivery or Singpost Registered Airmail, depending on the shipping option selected during the check-out process. Any watch purchase will automatically qualify for free DHL Express Worldwide delivery.

Please note: All transit times are approximate and quoted according to business days, which might exclude Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays in most destinations. In rare cases, it may take up to 28 working days for orders to be delivered.

We shall not be held responsible for shipment delays due to weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond our control.

All Time Curated deliveries are insured, and an adult signature is required upon delivery, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you do not receive the goods in person (i.e. for gift orders or where an item has been signed for by a concierge/reception desk) then the person who signs for the package confirms receipt and is accountable for the package.

All purchased items are made pursuant to a shipment contract, meaning that the risk of loss for the items pass to you upon our delivery of the item to the courier. If packages are undelivered or are damaged during delivery, please inform us within 7 business days of the respective expected or actual date of delivery. Should the parcel be damaged upon receipt, immediately raise it to the courier as Time Curated is not responsible for the damage. Please provide written notice of the damage on the delivery receipt. The original shipping cartons, packing and contents must be made available for the courier company’s inspection and retained until the claim is concluded. Customers are responsible for all customs charges, duty or taxes in their respective country.
